LARGE-CAPACITY TUMNTABLE FEEDER
The large-capacity carousel feeder is a large-size machine feeder developed according to the market demand. The storage capacity of the silo is 3 times that of the ordinary feeder. It can be applied to screws with thread diameter of M1.0～M6.0mm and thread length ≤20mm. The whole machine is driven by a motor to drive the turntable to the track. After the track is aligned, it is sent to the stepping motor by direct vibration to achieve 4 divisions. The index plate separates the screws on the track one by one, and then stops at the picking position. After the screws are vacuumed by the automatic screw locking module, the indexing plate distributes the following screws to the picking position in order.
