ONLINE FOUR-AXIS ROBOT LOCKING SCREW MACHINE

The online robot lock screw machine integrates three systems: robot, visual positioning, and screw locking. It can locate and lock electronic products online. It can be operated by a single unit or multiple units can be operated online. It is fast and efficient, with 20-25 screws per minute. . This product can be equipped with four-axis or six-axis robots, single-servo electric batch or multi-servo electric batch, straight or Z-type electric batch according to the customer's product type, to meet customer's multi-directional production needs.

ONLINE MULTI-AXIS MULIT-SCREWDRIVER MACHINE

The online multi-axis locking screw machine combines an automatic locking screw machine with an assembly line, so that no specific personnel are required to remove the product from the assembly line to complete the screw locking action. This product is equipped with a vision system as standard, and can be equipped with three-axis or six-axis robotic arms, three servo electric batches or eight servo electric batches according to customer needs, and it takes only 5 seconds to lock 6 screws at a time.

VISION LOCKING SCREW MACHINE

The vision lock screw machine is a device that combines a screwdriver, a three-axis robot, a CCD vision positioning system, and a screw feeding system. The CCD vision system takes pictures and analyzes the incoming products. After identifying the holes that need to be locked, it guides the three-axis robot to move to the specified coordinates to lock the screw. This product uses a robotic arm with a vision system. The number of guns is configured according to customer needs. It only takes 5 seconds to lock 6 screws

The three-axis manipulator drives the air-suction screwdriver to the program set point, and locks the screw into the product quickly and stably by sucking the screw. This product has three styles: desktop type, floor type, and visual positioning type. It can be equipped with two screwdrivers or double Y modules. It is flexible, accurate and high-speed. One can replace multiple people, and the locking quality is higher than manual.

LARGE-CAPACITY TUMNTABLE FEEDER

The large-capacity carousel feeder is a large-size machine feeder developed according to the market demand. The storage capacity of the silo is 3 times that of the ordinary feeder. It can be applied to screws with thread diameter of M1.0～M6.0mm and thread length ≤20mm. The whole machine is driven by a motor to drive the turntable to the track. After the track is aligned, it is sent to the stepping motor by direct vibration to achieve 4 divisions. The index plate separates the screws on the track one by one, and then stops at the picking position. After the screws are vacuumed by the automatic screw locking module, the indexing plate distributes the following screws to the picking position in order.

SIX-AXIS LOCKING SCREW MACHINE

The six-axis manipulator drives 3 air-suction screwdrivers to the set point of the program at the same time and sucks 3 screws to lock the product quickly and steadily. Scope of application: This product is widely used in notebook assembly, communication equipment, display panels and other high-screw-intensive workplaces. It is flexible, accurate, and high-speed. One can replace multiple people, and the quality of the lock is higher than manual.

FOUR-AXIS POLYHEDRON LOCKING MACHINE

For machine screws (set screws) and conventional screws, lock two or more different types of screws at any angle on the coaxial line, feed through the vibrating plate, suck the screws and rotate the jig to match The screws are quickly locked into the product, and the depth of each screw can be set and monitored.

FIVE-AXIS MULTI-ANGLE SCREW LOCKING MACHINE

The five-axis coordinated movement can realize the multi-angle locking screw of the product, such as a polyhedron, or a screw on a spherical surface. Scope of application: instrument panel, interior trim panel, engine cover, and other curved or inclined products.
